Our business model is based around a highly themed casual dining restaurant. Our speciality is in the fast-growing sector of ‘Tex-Mex’ cuisine providing your customers with a wide range of eating options such as ribs, nachos, tortillas and enchiladas as well as the ever-popular burgers and salads.
Food will be delivered to the table quickly with customer service being central to the Cactus Jacks offering.
Cactus Jacks restaurants are fully licensed serving a variety of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
Our highly themed interior both sets us apart and is a talking point for visitors of all ages. From the extensive collection of ‘Wild West’ memorabilia that is on display throughout the restaurant through to a ‘jail cell’ dining option, (particularly popular with children), there is always something to catch your guests eye no matter how often they visit .
Your restaurant interior is guaranteed to grab attention and attract family and party bookings due to its unique look.
Additional income will be gained by offering an ‘at home’ eating service through utilising the major delivery partners, allowing customers to have the Cactus Jacks menu available at home

Fee Structure
Owning a restaurant is a major investment however it offers the opportunity for a substantial income.
As a Cactus Jack’s franchisee, you will operate in an exclusive territory under a five-year licence. You will have two automatic rights to renew this licence, each time for a further five years giving you fifteen years in total and longer if you decide to continue. The licence fee is £30,000 + VAT and no fees are payable for renewals.
You will receive a comprehensive launch package in order to get your business up and running and your overall investment requirement including working capital will be around £240,000 dependent on the size of your location. This figure can be reduced by using asset finance for the purchase of equipment and we will be happy to discuss this option with you.
Ongoing you will pay Cactus Jacks a management fee equating to 5% + VAT of your gross turnover and a marketing Levy of 2% + VAT of gross turnover. The marketing levy must be used to help market the brand for your benefit.
Summary
Licence Fee – £30k + VAT
Estimated Total Investment – £240k (may vary depending on restaurant size)
Management Service Fee – 5% + VAT of gross turnover
Marketing Levy – 2% of gross turnover
Banks are very supportive of franchised businesses due to their high success rate and will tend to lend up to 50% of the required capital. We will be happy to introduce you to the franchise department of your chosen bank.

Our Launch Package to get you started is extensive. Your restaurant will be instantly recognisable as a Cactus Jacks establishment, ready to attract customers and generate income for you.
In the Beginning
From advising on site location, the suitability of the lease through to recommending the fit out. We will help you start the process of owning your own Cactus Jacks.
Tailored Training Programme
Our training programme will take into account your previous experience. Have you previously been a chef for example or do you have management experience in the restaurant industry or within a franchise operation?
Once we understand what experience you already have ,we will tailor our programme to meet your needs. Irrespective of what you have done before we will teach you how to run a successful Cactus Jacks restaurant.
Training will take place at both our own establishment as well as in your chosen location. Every aspect of being a Cactus Jacks owner will be covered.
